Paul Lucas is considered an expert in the field of Interactive Voice Response, and has over 20 years in the customer service industry. More than half of which he has spent consulting with, and developing automated self–service solutions for, Fortune 500 companies across the U.S.
It is Paul who conceptualized our service-products, BIVR™, BITR™, and RIVR™. His idea was to provide the same kind of expertise --for which companies have paid millions of dollars--to businesses and organizations of all types, sizes and locations at a nominal cost. Paul believes all businesses deserve the same opportunity to excel in this technologically savvy world.
Paul also leads the IVR Consulting team here at Communication Renovations™. He works, globally, with the top vendors in the field and with management, programmers, analysts and end users. Paul is experienced with the industry’s Best Practices and has successfully executed many multi-million dollar IVR projects.
Paul lives with his family on the Oregon Coast where he hikes, sails, and plays on the beach with his children and dogs. He has a passion for reading and his hobbies include woodworking and building model railroad layouts. He is connected to the various technology vendors within Lincoln County, Oregon and is a member of the OCCC Small Business Management Program’s Alumni, Buy Local Lincoln County, and The ManKind Project.
